TAWAKKAL FOODS believes that success depends on the high quality products that meet or exceed customer and consumer expectations. Fundamental to this belief is the responsibility to ensure the Halal & Food Safety of all products that company manufactures.

TAWAKKAL FOODS is committed to produce halal & safe food products complying with statutory & legal requirements through all steps of processing and by implementing the internationally acceptable norms and standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

We achieve our objective by ensuring that all incoming raw materials, including farm fish, packaging materials & process steps do comply with Islamic laws for the production of halal and safe food. Further we have implemented the Halal Food Management System (PS 3733) and Food Safety Management (SMS 22000) in processing areas as well as along the food supply chain to ensure our products are halal, safe and free from najas, physical, microbial or chemical contaminants.

  • Manufacture and deliver products that meet the highest halal, food safety and quality standards.
  • Meet or exceed all statutory and regulatory requirements for halal, food safety and quality.
  • Ensure sustainable Halal & Food Safety performance through implementation and certification of effective PS-3733 (Halal Food Management System) & FSMS-22000 (Food Safety Management)
  • Validate the effectiveness of Halal and Food Safety management standards through internal and external audit processes recognized by ISO or PS.
  • Build Halal and Food Safety capability through structured program that develop technical skills, increase awareness, manage risk and drive increasing levels of excellence.
  • Continually review Halal, Quality and Food Safety policies, standards and procedures to effectively manage halal, quality and food safety risks associated with changes in products, processes and technologies.
  • Ensure that suppliers and contractors embrace the same Halal, Quality and Food safety commitments, and monitor the materials and services they supply through questionnaires, audits and incoming goods inspections.
  • Communicate Halal, Quality and Food Safety requirements to employees, suppliers and customers by establishing specifications for ingredients, additives, packaging materials, product storage and consumer guidelines.
